Floc is dead Now Topic is Next API

 As The rise of internet people are more concerned about privacy. Google initially tackle cookie less tracking with Floc update but seems like it is still not comply GDPR Policy so what next ?

Yes Google recently working on Topic API where user browsers will save Topics. 

Now how these topics will create ? 

When users will navigate websites so these topics will auto create on user behavior so every browsers will have multiple  Topic API  so when users will read or browse relevent blogs then ads will then target through these Topics
